Participants Agreement and Release for Lesbrown events

 

Terms and Conditions

1. There are No Refunds or Exchanges. All sales are Final and Non-Transferrable.

 

2. Tickets are not posted out. Please bring your payment confirmation email as proof of purchase.

 

3. We reserve the right to move an event to another.

 

4. Tickets admit only the persons named for the ticket during the data collection pahse. They are non-transferrable.

5. Meals, parking, Travel expenses, accommodation and refreshments are not included in the ticket price, unless stated so in package description.

6. If the event is cancelled or withdrawn due to circumstances beyond thekalpeshpatel control, paid ticketholders/delegates will be entitled to transfer to an identical event commencing within 12 months of the date of commencement of the cancelled event.

7. Specific event content may be subject to cancellation or alteration.

8. Speakers may be subject to change or cancellation.

 

Participants Agreement and Release

I understand that I am attending this seminar/event offered through thekalpeshpatel.

 

I acknowledge that any recording or written material included as part of this event and all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights) relatin respectively are the sole property of thekalpeshpatel or others from whom such rights may have been derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and are for the use of thekalpeshpatel and employees and may not be used without obtaining prior written permission.

 

By attending an event, I consent to being filmed for the duration of the event (if camera crew is present). I authorize thekalpeshpatel and its agents to reproduce my likeness and being in any form of media without compensation. I agree that thekalpeshpatel shall retain all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights) arising from any resulting media. I also agree that thekalpeshpatel. shall hold my details on file and on computer. I am able to view my individual file by giving no less than seven days written notice.

 

As a participant, I agree to NOT record this workshop/event/seminer or any part. I also acknowledge that from time to time thekalpeshpatel events are filmed, photographed or recorded for sales, marketing, promotional, quality control or other legal purposes.
